Leaked Document Exposes Hidden Secrets in OPM

Date:

Kampala, Uganda – December 15, 2024: A leaked request for contract renewal by Charles Odongtho, the Public Relations Expert and Spokesman for the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM), has sparked controversy, revealing behind-the-scenes crises and scandals that had previously been managed away from public scrutiny.

The document, addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Dunstan Balaba, outlines Odongtho’s achievements over the past year but inadvertently exposes sensitive incidents he helped cover up during his tenure.

Odongtho’s letter, meant to highlight his accomplishments and justify a two-year contract extension, has instead drawn attention to various crises within the OPM.

From food scandals to leaked funds, his detailed account showcases the efforts he made to protect the office’s reputation but also lifts the veil on troubling internal operations.
